Youth on Fire!

Dear Friends & Partners,

During the week-end of November 7-9, over 1000 believers gathered in Melun, France for the 20th Annual French Youth Convention.  Special Guests included Rev. & Mrs. Jason Sciscoe along with a group from their church, The Apostolic Church of Beaumont, Texas.

The convention was blessed with the anointed singing of choirs and groups from around France, and the anointed preaching of Denis Despinoy, France's Youth President, and Special Guest, Rev. Jason Sciscoe.

There was a special out-pouring of God's Spirit during the Sunday Morning service, and at least 20 new believers received the Baptism of the Holy Ghost!

The theme of the Convention was, "Youth on Fire."  The young people in France are "on fire" with a zeal to spread the gospel.  At this convention, seven new graduates of the French Bible School received their diplomas.  This year's enrollment in Institut Biblique Français is at an all-time high.  These young people are being equipped with the teaching and spiritual resources necessary to reach their world!

We are excited about what God is doing in France, and we believe that this is just the beginning of great things to come!  Thank you so much for your prayers and support, which make it possible for us to be a part of what God is doing in this nation.

Tough Times for the Dollar

Over the past two years, the American Dollar has lost 27% of its value vis-à-vis the Euro.

When we began our deputation, a dollar would buy 1€03.  Now, a dollar will only buy 0€84.  Since we are supported entirely by the American economy, a loss of value in the dollar directly affects our financial status.  As the dollar shrinks in value, so does the strength of our support base.  This naturally creates a significant strain on our budget.

We are seeking additional Partners in Missions in order to ease the financial pressure resulting from the dollar's loss of value.  If you do not support this ministry, please consider becoming a partner.  For as little as $25 per month, you can be a part of the mission to spread the gospel in France.  Joining is easy - just use our on-line Enrollment Form!

May God bless you richly for your prayers and support!

Yours for France,

The Schoberts
Steve, Kristin, Steven II, & Rachel
