Teaching at Institut Biblique Français |
Since it's founding in
1996 by missionaries John & Anne Nowacki, the French
Bible Institute has trained more than 100 students from
all over France and from neighboring French-speaking
nations!
The goal of the Institute is to train workers for the
vast French Harvest Field. With a population of 60
million in France, and 250 million in the
French-speaking world, the challenge of reaching this
harvest field is tremendous. The key is to train
and equip others, so that they may join in the mission
of spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
The students at the
Institute follow a two-year course of study, covering a
wide-range of Biblical and ministerial subjects.
Along with personal study, they dedicate one week-end
per month throughout the year, and three weeks in the
summer, to class instruction. These sessions are
intense, lasting approximately 10 hours per day, and
providing a wealth of material in preparation for
Christian service.
It has been our privilege
to be a part of the teaching staff at l'Institut
Biblique Français again this year. We believe
that there is no more important work in missions than
the training of Christian workers. We want to
thank you
for your faithful support of our ministry in France. Because of your
partnership, we are able to be a part of the effort
to train laborers for this Harvest Field.
Yours
for France,
The Schoberts
